Therapeutic Vaccine For AIDS:

    Vaccine, derived from disease-causing agents, is designed to stimulate immune system of individuals and induce a protective immunity to the subsequent infection by the same pathogenic agent. Numerous vaccines have been developed over the past two centuries and saved thousands of millions of lives. Today, vaccines are still the most important protectors for human life and serve as the best way to prevent diseases.

    The development of an HIV vaccine poses an unprecedented challenge to the entire world. More than two decades heavy research finally shed lights on HIV vaccine development and novel strategies have been applied to develop an effective HIV vaccine.

    We are dedicated to fight against this fatal virus by developing a novel HIV vaccine. We integrated modern immunology and the most recent findings in HIV field into our vaccine design. Two distinct vaccine modalities will be used in our scenario and broad CD8+ and CD4+ T cell immune responses will be elicited by our vaccine. This vaccine will represent the newest achievement of HIV vaccine research. We expect our vaccine will be on clinical trials in year 2005.
